Infrastructures such as bridges and tunnels, will come to the end of their service lives and. the costs of renovating and upgrading existing facilities accounts for more than the costs for building new facilities. By conducting low-cost and high-precision surveys according to the characteristics of the structures to be inspected, we are able to evaluate the soundness of the infrastructures . These results can further be used in plans to extend the service life of facilities, as well as in stock management.
